At Sinfonia Smith Square, we “sailed the ocean true” with a performance of Gilbert and Sullivan’s classic comic opera that brims with wit, whimsy, and unforgettable melodies.

Elgar's lyrical and mystical last oratorio has choral passages of great sweetness and strength. For our performance, we were joined by the Westminster Philharmonic Orchestra and soloists Patrick Alexander Keefe, Claire Rutter, Sam Furness and Katie Bray.

We celebrated composer Karl Jenkins’ 80th birthday with his powerful and haunting Mass for Peace. We were accompanied by the orchestra of the London Choral Sinfonia.

At Holy Trinity, Sloane Square, we were joined by soloists Amy Lyddon and Samuel Pantcheff and the Orchestra of the London Choral Sinfonia. The orchestra also played Vaughan Williams’ sumptuous Five Variants of Dives and Lazarus.

We concluded our celebratory Golden Jubilee year on St Cecilia’s Day with Handel’s eponymous Ode, followed by Mozart’s magnificent mass. With soloist Nathan Vale and Anna-Luise Wagner, and the Hertfordshire Chamber Orchestra.

A lively concert of fresh, exciting and accessible music, featuring George Shearing's Songs and Sonnets of Shakespeare, Bob Chilcott's Songs and Cries of London and Joseph Horowitz's Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo. With soloist Samuel Pantcheff.

We started celebrations of our Golden Jubilee in style, with a Cadogan Hall performance of Mendelssohn’s dramatic and uplifting oratorio. With soloists Jenny Stafford, Carolyn Dobbin, Peter Bronder, and Laurence Williams, and the Hertfordshire Chamber Orchestra.
Sung in English, this powerful work, with its easy appeal and stirring choruses, is based on the life of the prophet Elijah, with fire, storms, curses and a truly beautiful exploration of faith and doubt.

Handel’s famous work, with its compelling arias and magnificent choruses, made for a perfect Christmas concert in St Andrew Holborn.

Our first concert at LSO St Luke’s featured Rutter’s imaginative interpretation of seven familiar spirituals, and Todd’s beguiling blues and jazz interpretation of the Latin Mass.
